Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise and motivate the butler team to ensure exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.
- Manage the daily operations of the butler service, including scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and product offerings.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently, maintaining the organization’s exemplary service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain strong communication with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler or in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.
- In-depth knowledge of butler services and standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
