Manage reactive sales for events and groups, including preparing quotes and contracts, following up on leads, and closing opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with operational areas to ensure proper execution of events and groups, supporting the proactive sales team through visits and participation in trade shows, activations, and events representing the hotel. Additionally, cover the functions of the Destination Sales Manager during vacation periods or medical leave.
Key Responsibilities
Reactive Sales: Handle requests for events and groups, prepare quotes and contracts, follow up on leads, and ensure the closing of opportunities.
Operational Coordination: Ensure proper execution of events and groups in collaboration with operational areas.
Commercial Support: Cover the functions of the Destination Sales Manager during periods of absence (vacation or medical leave).
Support for Proactive Sales: Participate in visits and commercial activities to strengthen client relationships.
Hotel Representation: Attend trade shows, activations, and events organized by the hotel and Marriott Peru.
SFA Management: Record and track sales information in the corporate system.
