OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DEL CARGO
Atender y servir a los clientes en el desayunador/restaurante/tienda de conveniencia, de acuerdo con el estilo de la marca. Estimular las ventas garantizando la calidad de los productos ofrecidos, de acuerdo con las prácticas esenciales de la zona.
PRINCIPALES ATRIBUICIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
•
Recibir a los clientes y comprobar el consumo.
•
Preparar el buffet para el desayuno/almuerzo/cena y asegurar su reposición, así como preparar los coffee break para eventos.
•
Servir al comensal cuando sea necesario. Pedir bebidas y ayudar a los clientes a elegir su plato / guarnición.
•
Retirar platos y cubiertos de la mesa después de la comida.
•
Vender activamente los platos de la carta del restaurante/ bar, ofreciendo postre/ café / bebidas a los clientes en caso de almuerzo o cena. Al final del servicio, seguir el procedimiento de facturación de su marca.
•
Controlar y reponer las existencias en su turno.
•
Controlar y cerrar la caja. Realizar las correcciones necesarias, registrándolas de acuerdo con las prácticas de autocontrol.
•
Realizar reporte de inventarios mensuales de utensilios, bebidas y artículos servidos en el bar/restaurante/tienda de conveniencia.
