Manager, F&B

Description:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets
  • including restaurants
  • bars
  • in-room dining
  • and banquet services.
    – Prepare and manage department budget
  • forecasts
  • and cost controls.
    – Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
    – Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver high-quality service.
    – Ensure compliance with company policies
  • local regulations
  • and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic and able to perform hands on tasks as business required.
    – Strong management skills
  • leadership and problem solving as well as ability to mentor and lead all team to achieved the goal.
    – Proactive

  • strong team player and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment
