Assistant Manager, Reservation

Description:

  • Description:
    – To handle local and overseas room booking by noting and recording accurately booking requirements such as number of room
  • type of room
  • number of guest
  • duration of stay
  • name of caller
  • name of company
  • terms of payment
  • arrival and departure information
  • percentage and type of discount if any.
    – To amend or cancel booking requirements on correspondence and enters such information into computer correctly.
    – To up-date daily reservation situation and review all bookings from time to time especially during tight situation. To perform this by calling company to reconfirm details of each individual booking.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality.
    – Bachelor Degree field in an advantage.
    – Fluent in written and spoken English.
    – Minimum three years’ experience working with distribution channels in the hospitality industry.
    – Experience in Sabre CRS system (essential).
    – Experience in Opera Property Management system (essential)
    – Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products.
