Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Experience in reservations/front office/customer service (hotel background)
Knowledge of PMS/reservation systems & MS Office
Strong communication skills (English; other languages an advantage)
Customer service focused with problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
Flexible with shifts, weekends & holidays
Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance
Sales-minded with ability to upsell and maximize revenue
