Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel’s room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Macao is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations, and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. This role is reporting to the Hotel Manager, this dynamic role oversees all operational, financial and people related matters in Food & Beverage, leading Culinary, Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting.
To thrive in the role, the ideal candidate will have a solid track record in high quality and high volume operations, a thirst for multi-tasking and a hunger for delivering results, by cultivating a team culture that is fun, performance driven and constantly looking to evolve.
The role balances the critical importance of strategic high level leadership with the day to day management of the operation, by developing and engaging the team, problem solving and delivering results for the business, from a people, product and profit perspective.
