業務内容

・予約業務の管理
・ゲスト対応
・システム入力・管理
・売上、レベニューマネジメントのサポート
・他部署との連携

Job Responsibilities
・Management of reservation operations
・Guest services and support
・System management
・Assistance with revenue and sales management
・Coordination with other departments

※ホテル管理予約システム「オペラクラウド」を使用しています。
“Opera Cloud” reservation management system.

Nearly 90% of our guests are from overseas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your English communication and hospitality skills, contributing to your professional growth.

Our team includes about 20 international staff members, providing a truly global working environment.

•高卒以上

・宿泊予約業務での実務経験がある方
・予約システム(Opera Cloud)利用経験者優遇
