We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Bartenders to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.

About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.

Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.

What You’ll Do:

• • • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair
    • Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable moments
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
    • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
    • Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role

What you bring:

• • Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
