This is a Permanent Part-time position – 4-5 day ongoing rosters available –

This is a weekday preferred roster which will include Mondays and Tuesdays

AM Roster – See the sunrise every morning 4/5am starts a

PM Rosters – 1pm-4.30pm and 4.30pm-12.30am

Please confirm  in your application your roster availability and if you have a current drivers license and own vehicle

Representing the Accor and Qantas brand with pride, as a member of our food and beverage team you will go out of your way to lead with energy, guest passion and service.

You will work across both the domestic airport and international airport Qantas Lounges

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction
• Clearing tables and ensure service trolleys with plates, cutlery, glassware etc  are clean and tidy
• An unbridled passion for food and love sharing your ‘food and travel stories with our guests
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting/farewelling guests warmly
• Food and beverage tray arounds, individual table service (No payments required in the lounge, all complimentary)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style service, A La dining service points also
• Proven barista and bar experience would also be highly advantageous

Ideally you are passionate about developing a long term career in the hotel, hospitality or tourism industry        RSA Certificate is required
