We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fairmont Gold Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge. As the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will be the ambassador of luxury and ensuring every guest in the Fairmont Gold receives an exceptional and memorable experience, a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences, while maintain the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Fairmont Gold Lounge, ensuring seamless and superior service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold excellence in guest service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management for the department.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
