The ideal candidate is will have previous experience in a restaurant setting. They should have a strong understanding of fine dining techniques, be detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistency in both flavor and presentation. The candidate must be comfortable working collaboratively with the kitchen team, managing time efficiently, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
What will I be doing?
As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing, producing and working the line for Signature Restaurant in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
