OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Liderar la estrategia, operación y ejecución de todos los puntos de venta de Alimentos y Bebidas del hotel (restaurantes, bares, banquetes, room service y minibares), garantizando experiencias gastronómicas únicas, rentabilidad sostenida y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y servicio de la marca Mondrian.
Promueve una cultura de hospitalidad auténtica, innovación y bienestar, desarrollando equipos altamente comprometidos y alineados con la identidad lifestyle del hotel.
