About the role
チーフエンジニアは、ホテル内の全施設・設備の保守・管理業務を統括する責任者です。安全で快適な環境を維持するため、設備の定期点検・修繕・改修を行い、法令順守を徹底します。また、エンジニアチームのマネジメントや緊急対応にも迅速に対応し、ゲスト満足度および施設の品質維持を担います。
What you will do
ホテル内の空調（HVAC）、給排水、電気、消防設備などの保守・点検・修理の統括
設備の予防保全計画の立案・実施
建築関連法規や安全基準に基づいた施設運営の管理
エンジニア・メンテナンススタッフの指導・育成・評価
エネルギー使用量の監視および省エネ施策の提案
部門予算の管理、備品・資材の発注と在庫管理
他部署と連携し、施設関連の要望・トラブル対応
緊急時の対応（必要に応じて夜間・休日の対応含む）
建物・設備の定期的な巡回点検の実施
外部業者・専門業者との調整および工事管理
