We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, as our new Busperson, you will take pride in the integral role you play in supporting your Food & Beverage Colleagues and “setting the stage” for a truly memorable meal.

What you will be doing:   

Reporting to the Outlet General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
• Bus and re-set tables
• Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions.
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include: 

• Previous customer service experience required
• Pro Serve certificate required
