Nous recherchons pour notre établissement parisien un(e) Sous Chef Cuisine Bar Galerie Orangerie** Room Service (H/F) expérimenté et qualifié.
Le/La candidat(e) doit être titulaire d’une autorisation de travail conforme à la législation française.
Un niveau courant de français est requis.
Poste basé à Paris.
Profil recherché
Le/La Sous-Chef Cuisine est en charge d’encadrer et de coordonner une équipe composée de Chefs de Partie, Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis de Cuisine, Aides de Cuisine, Stagiaires et Apprentis, afin d’assurer un service de haute qualité dans les différents espaces du George V Paris, incluant le Bar, la Galerie, l’Orangerie et le Room Service sous la responsabilité du Chef Alan Taudon et du Chef Adjoint.
Il/Elle veille à la rapidité et à la précision de l’exécution des commandes tout en garantissant l’excellence des plats servis.
Il/Elle organise le travail entre les différents postes, supervise le suivi des commandes de marchandises avec l’aide des Chefs de Partie et contrôle la qualité des produits reçus, tout en transmettant les informations pertinentes aux autres Sous-Chefs et aux fournisseurs.
