Classification: Part-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $28.46 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What Will I be Doing:
Answers room service telephone and takes guests’ orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Upsells sides, desserts, and beverages to enhance profitability.
Enters orders into computerized system and settles checks upon delivery of the order.
