Job Description

 

First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

  1. Greet and check in guests
    Welcome guests when they arrive, confirm their reservation, register their information, and issue room keys.
  2. Manage reservations and bookings
    Check the reservation system, make new bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and keep the booking list up-to-date.
  3. Answer phones and respond to inquiries
    Attend incoming calls and messages, answer questions about the hotel, services, availability, and local information.
  4. Provide information and assistance to guests
    Give guests details about hotel amenities, meal times, services, local attractions, transportation, etc.
  5. Handle check-out and payment
    Process guest check-outs, settle bills, and record payments accurately.
