The Team is currently seeking their next Utility/Busperson to join the amazing Food and Beverage team in Hudson & Nash. 

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role as a bus person.
• Full-service restaurant experience.
• Open availability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
• Hotel experience is a plus!

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (subject to occupancy & seniority)

      Open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Hourly Range: $18.92 – 23.65 per hour based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?  

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas clearing trash as needed.
• Filing beverages at tables as needed
