You already have experience in event operations and want to combine your passion for hospitality with leadership responsibility? Then join us as Supervisor Banquet Reception (m/f/d) and take on a key role in our Events & Banqueting team. Two brands – endless possibilities!

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations at the Banquet Reception
• Welcome and host event guests; act as contact person for organizers
• Manage guest packages, daily reports, and phone/fax billing
• Handle short-term event bookings and contracts in Opera
• Support operational service and collaborate with Banquet and Convention Sales teams
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event area
• Fulfill individual guest requests during events
• Communicate last-minute changes to the banquet team
• Create menu cards and signage for events
• Deliver exceptional service experiences together with your team

Be able.

• Experience in event operations and initial leadership experience
• Solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure
• Strong hospitality skills and organizational talent
• Confident communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Motivation to grow and lead by example
