This role is responsible for driving overall hotel performance while honoring the property’s rich architectural and cultural heritage and delivering a distinctive Curio guest experience. The GM leads all aspects of operations, financial performance, and commercial strategy, while fostering a high-performing, service-driven culture. Working closely with ownership and Hilton, the General Manager will position the hotel for continued success within a highly competitive urban market, balancing historic stewardship with modern service innovation and strong market relevance.
