Artigiano del viaggio dal 1883, Orient Express sublima l’arte del viaggio con i suoi treni, hotel e yacht a vela di lusso. Il marchio ha appena lanciato il suo primo hotel, Orient Express La Minerva, a Roma – al quale seguirà Orient Express Venezia a Palazzo Donà Giovannelli nel 2026. L’esperienza continua con il recente lancio del treno La Dolce Vita Orient Express, seguito da Orient Express Corinthian nel 2026, il primo di due yacht a vela Orient Express, e infine, il ritorno del treno L’Orient Express sui binari. Dal 2022, Orient Express fa parte della collezione di marchi di lusso di punta del Gruppo Accor, con un’eredità centenaria nei settori alberghiero e della ristorazione di alta qualità. Nel 2024, Accor e LVMH hanno siglato una partnership strategica per accelerare lo sviluppo di Orient Express. A proposito di Orient Express Venezia a Palazzo Donà Giovannelli
Orient Express aprirà il suo secondo hotel in Italia nell’eccezionale città di Venezia. L’architetto e interior designer Aline Amar d’Amman, insieme al suo studio Culture in Architecture, è stata incaricata di progettare e decorare gli spazi. Venezia, un tempo porta d’accesso a Costantinopoli e mitica tappa del leggendario treno Orient Express – che aprì i battenti nel 1919 con il completamento del tunnel del Sempione che collegava la Svizzera all’Italia – sarà la sede del secondo hotel Orient Express, la cui apertura è prevista per il 2026.
Il Commis de Cuisine svolge un ruolo fondamentale all’interno del nostro team di Cucina, supportando la preparazione e la presentazione di una proposta gastronomica d’eccellenza in linea con gli standard dell’hotel in termini di qualità, eleganza e precisione.
Riportando allo Chef de Partie e al Sous Chef, il Commis de Cuisine contribuisce a offrire un’esperienza culinaria raffinata e memorabile, nel rispetto dei valori di artigianalità, coerenza e centralità dell’Ospite che contraddistinguono il nostro servizio di lusso a cinque stelle.
