About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the F&B Rising Fan supports outlet management in leading and directing the service team to deliver consistent service excellence and high levels of guest satisfaction. The F&B Rising Fan reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

As F&B Rising Fan, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring full mise en place, proper setup, and adherence to all Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Actively support service operations during shifts, filling gaps in the sequence of service to maintain seamless guest experiences.
• Promote kind, respectful, and generous service by fostering a culture that values colleagues as much as guests.
• Lead and participate in briefings to ensure clear communication, task follow-up, and operational readiness prior to guest arrival.
• Ensure Front and Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, including follow-up on maintenance issues.
• Assist management with administrative duties and perform other reasonable tasks as required to support efficient outlet operations.

As F&B Rising Fan, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.
• 1 years’ experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel operation.
• Fluency in English.
