Como Sous Chef en Sanctuary Lodge, a Belmond Hotel, Machu Picchu, serás el segundo en mando en las operaciones gastronómicas del hotel, velando por el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento de la maquinaria, equipos y utensilios de cocina, así como de las instalaciones asociadas.
