About the location:

 

 

The Role of Executive Chef:

We currently have an opportunity for Executive Chef to join The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel in Switzerland!

 

Reporting into the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the culinary team.

 

Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our culinary team, planning and developing menus, food costs, banquet events, hygiene and sanitation, effective

planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

 

Our Ideal Executive Chef candidate will have:

Will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally you will also have pre-opening experience.
