Onze TRIBE
TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is het tweede flagship hotel in de Benelux dat is geopend. Het hotel ligt in het culturele hart van Den Haag. De locatie bevindt zich op slechts enkele minuten van het centraal station en 15 minuten van het strand. Het hotel beschikt over 159 designkamers, 9 vergaderzalen, een restaurant Hitch Hike en bar met uitzicht op het Spuiplein.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Front Office Manager ben jij het gezicht van ons hotel en het hart van de Front Office. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom voelen en dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt.
Bij TRIBE willen we speciale momenten creeren, voor ons lifestyle hotel zijn we dan ook op zoek naar iemand die zijn of haar team kan motiveren om deze momenten te creeeren. Als Front Office Manager weet jij een vaste basis te zijn waardoor het team het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Je geeft leiding aan de Front Office-activiteiten en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden binnen het team. Je werkt grotendeels in roulerende diensten en stuurt tijdens je diensten het team aan. Samen zorgen jullie voor een uitstekende gastbeleving en creeer je de TRIBE vibe, 24/7.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van reserveringen, de serviceverlening aan gasten aan de balie en receptie, sleutelbeheer, nachtaudit, bagagebehandeling en het toezicht op veiligheid. Daarbij houd je scherp oog voor kwaliteit, efficiency, productiviteit en het rendement van de afdeling.
Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten weet jij verzoeken en eventuele klachten op een professionele, creatieve en oplossingsgerichte manier af te handelen. Met jouw energie en betrokkenheid creëer je een positieve werksfeer. Je motiveert en inspireert jouw Front Office team om elke dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
