1. Greet guests with enthusiasm, providing a warm welcome and efficient service, including handling phone calls professionally.
2. Master our food and beverage offerings, guiding guests to perfect choices and eloquently describing menu items, including allergen information.
3. Resolve conflicts and solve problems swiftly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
4. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all supplies are readily available for guests and team members.
5. Boost revenue by promoting hotel services and upselling when appropriate.
6. Prepare food and beverage areas to Accor Hotels’ high standards, demonstrating attention to detail.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service.
8. Develop expertise in beverage offerings and manage stock efficiently.

1. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
2. Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is a plus.
3. Basic knowledge of point of sale ordering systems is desirable.
4. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
5. Willingness to undergo training and professional development as required by the hotel.
6. Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the hotel is located.
