Front Desk Agent

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Kalthia Group Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Process reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and provide hotel information.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest information and follow hotel procedures.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area professional and organized.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Must be available to work the PM shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
