Job Description

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales for our Bengaluru and Mysore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our sales team in one of India’s most vibrant business hubs. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the Bengaluru region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
