The ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• A minimum of 1-2 years management experience in stewarding, with a strong preference for candidates who have also managed in related departments such as Banquets and Food & Beverage. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively 

• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of efficient scheduling  

• Experience in inventory control, cost management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

• Previous experience training and developing team members  

• Open and flexible availability to support hotel operations during peak times and special events. 

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. 

• Prior experience managing within a union environment preferred 

Salary: $78,000 – $88,000

Shift Pattern: Varies based on hotel and department needs
