Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Bartender is responsible for the preparation and servicing of all permanent and portable bars by the hotel. To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also to prepare beverages for servers to supply guests orders. To process all billing and payment; while verifying that all dispatched drinks has been properly accounted for through our POS (Points Of Sales) system.
