Director of Housekeeping

We’re seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead our dedicated team and drive excellence in cleanliness, team engagement, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within a high-volume hotel known for its welcoming service and operational precision.

In this role, you’ll lead a large, high-volume housekeeping operation—driving service excellence, quality standards, and team engagement in a dynamic airport-market environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, experience leading large teams (union experience a plus), and a genuine passion for developing people while delivering consistently clean, guest-ready rooms and public spaces.

What will I be doing?

As a Director of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for directing and administering all Housekeeping operations to ensure the overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure and maintain cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms in accordance with federal, local and company health, sanitation and safety standards
