Manages requests for romantic experiences, symbolic weddings, anniversaries, and special events, preparing quotes, following up with clients, and closing sales. Identifies upselling and customization opportunities based on client needs
Provides direct service to guests and external clients, offering a personalized, empathetic, and professional experience. Accompanies the client throughout the entire process, ensuring clarity, trust, and satisfaction in every interaction.
Coordinates with the operational areas involved (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Decoration, Spa, Entertainment and Maintenance) the correct planning and execution of romantic events and experiences, guaranteeing compliance with agreed times, standards and details
Develops timelines, confirms internal vendors, and validates the execution of each experience. Tracks changes, special requests, and last-minute adjustments, ensuring smooth operations
Supports the internal promotion of romantic experiences through direct contact with guests, informational materials, and demonstration events. Collaborates with the sales team in improving and updating the romance product portfolio.
Records sales, contracts, payments, customer participation, and feedback. Prepares reports on results, revenue, and satisfaction, contributing to the analysis and continuous improvement of the service
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, event coordination, romance, guest experience, or similar roles, preferably in hotels, tourism, events, or the service industry
Knowledge of sales processes, quoting, sales follow-up, and event coordination. Basic proficiency in administrative tools and hotel systems
Excellent verbal and written communication, customer focus, empathy, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Business-oriented approach without losing the emotional sensitivity of personal service
Intermediate to advanced English for serving international guests. A second language is a plus
Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Administration, Public Relations, or related fields. Certifications in event planning or sales are valued
