Job Mission: To be an administrative and operational ally in achieving quality standards, maintaining a good human team to reach the objectives and goals of the department, offering quality service through customer service and supervision of the area. 

Are there any activities you’ll have to do?

• You will need to communicate with all your staff and the bar manager.
• Review beverage requisitions daily.
• Check schedules and prepare attendance list.
• Monitor the hygiene of the bars.
• You must manage the administrative area such as bar stock and inventory control.
• The bar setup will be in accordance with the standards established by the company.
• Monitoring of promotion and sales.

What are we looking for?

Education: High School Diploma.

Experience: 1 year in the position 

Knowledge: International Cocktails, Viticulture, Administration, requisitions, controls, office suite, micros program.
