We are currently looking to hire an  Outlet Supervisor for bars (Sector Manager) to lead and ensure operational excellence in our restaurants.

Job Mission

As Outlet Supervisor , you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the daily operation of the assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional service consistent with the brand’s quality and luxury standards, and maximizing guest satisfaction

What will you have to do?

• Supervise and coordinate the bar team during service.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality, service and presentation standards.
• Organize shifts, assign tasks, and support the team during peak work periods.
• To ensure a high-level gastronomic and service experience for the guest.
• Manage incidents and attend to special customer requests.
• Control the correct use of materials, stock and equipment of the outlet.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bars and other operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and HACCP standards.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Department Head or similar position , preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Solid knowledge of bar service.
• Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Clear customer focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams in dynamic environments.
• Proactive, professional and decisive attitude.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High level of English; other languages ​​will be highly valued.
