Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. About the role:
The Belcancao Kitchen Commis No. 3 is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

What you will do:

• Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station
• Complete requisitions, obtain proper signatures and submit to the Purchasing department
• Communicate with the Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages
• Utilize the computer system in retrieving orders
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed

What you bring:

• Must be able to communicate in either English or Cantonese languages
• High school graduate or an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education
