Sales Executive

Position Purpose

To provide Sales administration support to the Commercial Manager and be engaged in pro-active and re-active selling activities to exceed owner expectations concerning revenue generation and market share.

• Fluent in Arabic & English language is mandatory
• Communicate pro-actively, clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver great guest experiences at our hotel
• Be a role model for others by demonstrating passionate customer service and a high level of self-confidence and can-do attitude
• Roll up your sleeves and help in other departments during busy periods and as required, spend at least 30 minutes per day assisting colleagues in Guest Operations e.g. F&B service, stewarding, housekeeping, front office
• At the start of your work day, check in with the Guest Operations Manager to learn where your helping hand will be needed most.
• Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to your Line Manager on products, processes and procedures to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts
• Be aware of planned team meetings and learning sessions and attend as required
• Volunteer to participate in company campaigns like Travel with Purpose or Team Member committees
• Execute any other duties as assigned by the Chief Host and / or Commercial Manager

Sales Specifics

• Support the Commercial Manager and / or Sales Manager by executing assigned commercial & Sales tasks dutifully and with a high degree of passion for selling
• Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request of the Commercial Manager
• Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in your assigned customer segment and beat the competition
