Position: Chef de Rang – Breakfast

We are currently seeking an experienced and service-oriented Chef de Rang – Breakfast to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is key in delivering a high-quality breakfast service and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and professional dining experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, confident in managing a service section, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee a designated section during breakfast service
• Ensure correct sequence of service and service timing are followed
• Provide professional and personalized guest service
• Supervise and support Demi Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset according to standards
• Oversee buffet setup, replenishment, presentation, and cleanliness
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen team
