Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Server Assistant – Room Service to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

In this essential role, you will support the Room Service team in delivering food and beverage orders, setting up trays and tables, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. With a commitment to excellence and teamwork, you will help provide our guests with a seamless, refined, and memorable in-room dining experience that reflects the legendary Four Seasons service standards.

What you will do:

• Assist Room Service Servers with the delivery and setup of food and beverage items to guest rooms.
• Set up, clear, and clean trays, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
• Retrieve trays and tables promptly after service and ensure guest corridors are kept tidy and free of debris.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, pantries, and stations at all times.
• Handle hotel equipment carefully to minimize breakage and loss.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures according to Four Seasons standards.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, adhering to payroll, uniform, and grooming guidelines.
