Le NOVOTEL PARIS CENTRE BERCY **** , 179 chambres, 10 salles de séminaires, idéalement situé au pied de L’Arena Bercy et de la station de Métro Bercy des lignes 6 et 14, recherche son futur Chef de Rang (H/F/X) en CDI pour rejoindre l’équipe de son Restaurant Le Paris Bercy.
En tant que CHEF DE RANG, vous connaissez parfaitement et mettez en valeur l’offre de restauration proposée, vous participez et coordonnez le service. Vous savez adapter votre organisation et votre rythme de travail en fonction de l’affluence et du type de client. Vous réservez un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé au client et lui offrez un service attentionné et de qualité pour le fidéliser. Vous appliquez les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel.
