Join our dynamic team as a Concierge team member – Porter / Valet in the heart of Brisbane City, Australia! We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and visitors.

What you will be doing:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions
• Manage luggage handling, including carrying and transporting bags to and from guest rooms
• Operate valet parking services, safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
• Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with special events and VIP arrivals as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local area information.
