F&B Attendant

A Food and Beverage Attendant affects every Guest experience with our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests’ food, beverage, and culinary expectations.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in-hotel cafes, and room service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. Other responsibilities include;

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs with professionalism and courtesy
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar efficiently
  • Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Set up and maintain clean, organized, and well-presented tables and dining areas
  • Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished
  • Monitor tables and attend to any guest needs promptly
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with adherence to hotel standards and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including wine pairings and cocktail ingredients
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation
  • Address any issues or complaints from guests promptly, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other attendants to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and notify management of any shortages
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and guest privacy
  • Promote and upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
  • Inform guests of any special offers, menu changes, or upcoming events
