Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the Park City team!
With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world.
In this role, you will oversee the front-of-house food and beverage operations a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, banquet operations and 24-hour in-room dining. You will be managing a team of 70+ in season and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional and driven leader with a passion to develop and inspire others, and excellent at building teams. At least 3-5 years of F&B management experience is required with a luxury background strongly preferred.
