JOB DESCRIPTION
The iconic Hilton McLean at Tysons Corner is looking for their next Banquet Server to join their team. This beautiful, 458-room hotel is in the heart of Fairfax County’s business district and is five minutes from the Metro Silver Line!
Ideal Candidate will have at least 1 year of Banquet Server and Customer Service experience, have high volume experience and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Candidate will work rotating shifts throughout the week. Weekends and holidays are required.
Pay Rate: $12.28 per hour + Gratuities

What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
