Our Mixologist have a unique flare and are able to lead and inspire their team to create the Wow Factor for our guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Create innovative and signature cocktails aligned with the concept and theme of Issei.
• Provide personalized guest service, including recommending drinks and engaging with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure proper stock levels, monitor inventory, and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages served.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support cost control by minimizing wastage and following portion standards.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen team to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques.

• Mixology certification or relevant hospitality training.
• Experience in international hotel brands.
• Experience in food & beverage specifically in bar operations is essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
