Kids Club Attendant

A Kids Club Attendant is responsible for leading and directing children through supervised recreational activities. Supports the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver an outstanding guest service experience in the Hotel’s Recreational facilities.

What will I be doing?
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for leading and directing children through supervised recreational activities in the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Working with other team members to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships within the team and support one another.
• Help deliver a high-quality cycle of creatively planning, developing, and implementing fun, safe and educational activities for our junior guests.
• Help ensure that all administrative documentation of importance is updated daily to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment for our guests with a high level of supervision.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Supervisor and Manager.
• Actively participate in Team Meetings, Training, and Events.
• To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
• To take direction from and carry out any requests by management in conjunction with work.
• To make a data of all young guest’s likes and dislikes, etc., compile various requests received and communicate to all relevant departments. Use feedback from parents to identify opportunities to enhance the quality, service, and team members’ training.
