工作职责：
1.按菜品标准处理食材，完成切配、改刀、腌制等预处理工作；
2.把控食材用量、刀工精度，确保食材新鲜与卫生；
3.合理存放加工食材，做好原料损耗控制；
4.配合厨师长及其他岗位，保障出菜效率与菜品质量；
5.维护砧板区域卫生，妥善保管刀具、厨具。
工作要求：
1.至少1年国际品牌酒店的工作经验。
2.能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。
3.良好的沟通能力。
4.具备团队精神。
