Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year in the same position or minimum 2 years as Assistant Director of F & B;
2. Familiar managing F & B outlets on lifestyle hotel / multi high-end restaurant;
3. Driven, revenue generated focus, strong leadership & willingness to develop people.
