JOB DESCRIPTION
The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a full-time communications operator to join their guest services team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment requiring heavy computer usage! It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous hotel front office experience at a Hilton property utilizing OnQ.
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts as needed, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $20.46 per hour, paid bi-weekly on Fridays
