Purpose

Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to Food & Beverage Service Outlets (Bar and Restaurant), ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, operational excellence, and alignment with company philosophy and standards.

The Senior Outlet Manager oversees outlet managers and teams, drives revenue growth, and ensures cost efficiency and service excellence with continuous development.

Job Responsibilities

General

• Provides strong, visible leadership to Outlet Managers and teams; builds a high-performing, motivated and accountable department.
• Leads by example and instils a culture of excellence, continuous learning and innovation.
• Actively participates in Employee Relations activities and supports engagement initiatives across the division.
• Coaches and mentors Outlet Managers, ensuring structured career development plans and succession planning are in place.
• Ensures alignment with company philosophy, standards and policies across all supervised outlets.
• Drives operational efficiency, productivity and inter-departmental harmony.
• Demonstrates genuine warmth and enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives and promotes the Golden Rule.
• Ensures full standards compliance through regular audits, spot checks, standards testing and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Monitors financial performance including revenue, profitability, cost control and productivity.
• Oversees administration of departmental records, payroll, rostering, leave planning and manpower planning.
• Ensures strict adherence to grooming, hygiene and code of conduct standards.
